Maura Condon is an oil painter who specializes in colorful nature paintings with rich details.
Maura started painting as a child and honed her skills through high school and college coursework.
While she pursued a career in social science, her passion has held strong and as an adult continues to explore different techniques and styles.
In April 2021, she entered a city arts festival and won best in oil for her painting of vivid pink tree blossoms, titled Foliage.
Much of her current portfolio depicts paintings seen in her travel across the United States.
Maura is fascinated by the beauty and diversity of nature, and hopes to capture its essence in her paintings.
Recently relocated to Lamoine with her husband and dog, Maura hopes to continue to grow her artist career through connections to other artists and organizations.
