Kerry Eaton

Kerry Eaton lives in Prospect Harbor, Maine with her husband and spends most of her time in her home studio or outdoors painting the beautiful Maine coast.  Kerry has been painting for about 20 years and is primarily self-taught, but she has learned from and been influenced by many experienced artists over the years. She recently retired from a long career in healthcare leadership and to her great joy, is now able to devote all her time to painting. 

Kerry is inspired by the quiet pace, briny sea air, pine-scented woodlands, spectacular coastal views and the friendly community found in downeast Maine. When she paints, her heart is full. She enjoys exploring unexpected color, light and negative space.  She hopes to create an emotional connection with the viewers of her art. 

Kerry is an Elected Artist at Lyme Art Association (Connecticut).  She is represented by Littlefield Gallery in Winter Harbor Maine.  Swallowfield Shop in Northeast Harbor carries her “tiny works.”
